Seizing the ‘Achievement Moment’

As mobile banking gathers momentum, bankers have come to realize the importance of rewards programs, both for incentivizing customer usage and encouraging actual transactions. This is particularly true for payments players such as credit card companies and mobile wallet providers.

Mobile advertising guru Brian Wong, co-founder and CEO of San Francisco-based Kiip, will appear at BAI Retail Delivery 2013 in Denver on November 7 to provide some guidance on how this can be accomplished based on his experience putting “achievement moment” rewards on mobile apps. We recently spoke with Wong to gain some insights into the thinking behind Kiip’s unique mobile rewards system and how it can be applied to financial services.
